“Don’t exchange girls for cows, give them education”

“I hope your cows are well” this is the greeting a Maasai gives to his friend when they meet along the path of the savannah. The Maasai completely depend on cows, or better yet, on his innumerable herds. Being so, to get married in maasai tradition you talk about “Cows” no cows, no wife. Therefore girls have been a main source of cows.  We decided that girls will no longer be a source of cows. But we will help them to be a useful resource to the world like Prof. Wangari Maathai or Sir Johnson Sirleaf. But we are facing a  big challenge as parents they do not want and are not ready/able to pay fees for our girls to go to school/college. Help us to meet our goal!

Help us to help girls to reach their full potential .

Help us to show the society that girls or women are as good as men.

Help us to help girls to realize that their not commodities for exchange.

Maasai girls can do what ever other women of the planet are doing so long as they are given a chance and supported.

If you educate one Maasai girl, you have made a good investment that will enrich the whole Maasai community.

Any amount is accepted. Little for other’s,  means a lot to us! The organization is not based in US or UK its under the indigenous feet's. Please write to us if your willing to help the Maasai girls in Tanzania.
